1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ck333 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). This agreement governs the use of the platform's website, mobile application and all related services.

ck333 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots and live casino services. No person has the right to use the platform outside of these terms.

2. Membership and Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account and use any service on ck333, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time, and ck333 will not be liable for any loss arising from this.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals at ck333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Transactions through methods outside this list are not accepted or processed.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). No deposit or withdrawal request below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required during verification processes or in cases of unusual activity.

3.4 Transaction Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, ck333 may request identity verification documents. A national identity card, passport or other relevant documents may need to be provided. In the event of failed verification, the withdrawal will be placed on hold.

3.5 Prohibited Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited. Transactions must always be made using a method registered in your own name.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200. To make this bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — in this example, wagering of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

The ck333 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week. For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

4.4 Promotion Abuse

If any activity is found to be aimed at unfairly obtaining bonus or promotion benefits, ck333 reserves the right to forfeit all related bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close the account.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered fully confirmed only when it has been successfully registered in the system and you receive a confirmation message or bet ID. Incomplete bets due to technical errors or connection problems will be cancelled and the related funds will be returned.

5.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds of the confirmed bet will remain unchanged. However, bets placed while a market is suspended or cancelled may be automatically voided by the system.

5.3 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or suspended for more than 48 hours, the related bets will be voided and the stake will be returned to the member's balance.

5.4 Obvious Error Odds

ck333 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault (abnormally higher than market value), and the related funds will be returned.

5.5 Slots and Casino Games

The outcome of all slot games and casino table games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each round is completely independent and previous results do not influence future results.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Betting or playing games using fraudulent techniques or software.
• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Transacting with another person's funds or stolen funds through an account.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system or network.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other members.
• Using automated betting bots or scripts.
• Creating artificial turnover for the purpose of earning commission.

7. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

7.1 Account Closure by ck333

In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms, ck333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Depending on the nature of the breach, the balance may be forfeited or returned.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 (twelve) consecutive months. A monthly maintenance charge may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

ck333 will not be financially liable for any problems caused by server errors, network interruptions or software faults. In such situations, affected bets or game sessions will be reviewed and a fair decision will be made.

10.2 Third-Party Services

ck333 is not responsible for the failure of payment gateways, game providers or other third-party services. However, we will actively cooperate to resolve such issues.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

In any situation, ck333's maximum liability will be limited to the amount held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

The complaint will be reviewed initially within 72 hours. Complex cases may take longer, but you will be kept updated at each stage. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, there is an option to appeal to senior management.

ck333 reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or platform notification. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The Bengali version of these terms is the original version, and in the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
